Domestic Shipping
Shipping is handled by USPS at a flat rate of $2.95 per order, regardless of size.
International Shipping
Shipping is handled by USPS, however the cost will vary due to shipping prices.
Returns
Purchased may be returned under the following circumstances:
- Product has defect, or is otherwise undamaged
- Original receipt or invoice included
- Return is received within 30 days of original purchase date
Wink N Twink is not responsible for damage caused by consumer sewing. We recommend consulting an experienced or professional seamstress/tailor for patch sewing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defective items may be returned for replacement at no additional cost. Refunds include the purchase price, but do not include shipping and handling expenses incurred.
Custom and specialty patches cannot be returned except as a defect replacement, no refunds are offered. If the product is unsatisfactory, we will be pleased to work with you determine how the product can be improved.
